They serve as a visible deterrent to crime and policy violations, while actively observing, detecting, and reporting any suspicious, unsafe, or criminal activity that could pose a threat to the property, clients, guests, or employees. Minimum Age & Education Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Communication Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with individuals at all levels, including the general public.
