PRIVATE SECURITY GUARD
The Private Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the facility they are assigned to protect. They serve as a visible deterrent to crime and policy violations, while actively observing, detecting, and reporting any suspicious, unsafe, or criminal activity that could pose a threat to the property, clients, guests, or employees.
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with individuals at all levels, including the general public.
Must meet all state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required prior to employment.

Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be available to work at multiple client sites and locations, including for special projects, shift coverage, vacations, and call-offs.
Demonstrates exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience.

Clean driving record: no major violations in the past 36 months, no more than one accident and one minor moving violation in the past 24 months.

Meets minimum insurance requirements as outlined in company policy.

Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle.

Employment may be contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and/or drug screening, conducted in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Candidates may be required to provide written consent for such screenings prior to hire.
Ability to respond to emergency or crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
Proficient with basic computer functions and capable of using wireless security technology specific to client sites.

Able to work in various environmental conditions (e.g., cold, rain, or heat).

Occasionally climb stairs, ramps, or ladders.

Sit, stand or walk for extended periods on a variety of surfaces.
