Employment with Ihde-Ihde Security is offered on an at-will basis, meaning either the employee or the company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or prior notice, in accordance with applicable law.
Ihde-Ihde Security reserves the right to decline or withdraw any offer of employment based on the results of these requirements or failure to meet the qualifications for the position.
